Vitamin is a complex compound substance that is needed by our body that works to aid the setting or the activities of the body. Without vitamin humans, animals and other living creatures will not be able to perform activities of living and vitamin deficiencies can lead to increase the odds of disease in our bodies.

Vitamin C is often referred to as the king of vitamins, vitamin C That's because it has many benefits. In addition to antioxidants that can fight free radicals, vitamin C also plays a role in boosting the immune system.

Vitamin C is needed, especially in big cities. Not to mention the free radical form of pollution from motor vehicles and cigarette smoke, as well as other, more scattered.
