From it name we can tell this zoo is located at surabaya. There are many kind of animals here, local animals or foreign animal. Only pay IDR 15.000 we can see many kind of animals. First spot was bird area. We can see kind of birds here like peacock, owl, eagle,and many more. Then the next is Mammals. We can see small one like monkey, lion, etc and the big one like elephant, gorilla, etc. This zoo have an aquarium too, there are many fish from different habitat. Near aquarium we can also see an reptile animal like snake, crocodile, etc. But now, this zoo isn't crowded like twenty years ago. It was caused by ownership status of this zoo which contested by government and the other party. Because of that many animals treated carelessly and dies. So visitors of this zoo was decreased.
I think this problem should be solved as soon as possible because it is related with animals too. No matter who will manage this zoo, I hope they can restore this zoo popularity and make this zoo as symbol of surabaya city again.
