Rujak is a delicious food and it's traditional food. Rujak make from vegetables stew there are bean, cucumber and "sawi". It's have a special sauce, it's make from peanuts, chili, salt, "petis" and red sugar. The ingredient fixed with traditional tool named " Lemper + Ulek - uleg ". the price rujak usualy about 5000 until 10000 rupiah. Any place have a special rujak and taste of it's different.

How is rujak mixed with soto?
In banyuwangi has a traditional food named "Rujak Soto", from the name we know it's from rujak mixed soto.

Is it delicious?
I have it for many time, and I think it's very delicious food. When sauce rujak mixed with soto gravy the taste is very special, it's hot and sweet. And vegetables stew mixed with "babat" have a unique tast. Only 8000 rupiah to buy rujak soto
