many variety of food in indonesia we know,one of them is "lontong kupang".Kupang is a kind of sea animal shells and small with a brown body found living in salt water mud.The method of processing kupang it self is pretty easy Simply boiled, then the contents of this little shell will come out, and be a part of his shell.then Kupang is ready to be processed. For preparation, Lontong Kupang served with sauce, and spices that are use include garlic thinly sliced (fried), chili, and paste (black sauce made of shrimp).Seasonings are mixed and then mixed with a spoon on a plate that will be presented. Then the mixture will be diluted with a little sauce, sprinkle stew Kupang,add slices of rice cake on top and then added with lentho (a mixture of gratedcassava, beans Tolo, shredded coconut, and spices of garlic, coriander, salt,sugar).
