surabaya the heroic city is located in east java.many beautifull place like a pahlawan statue for the people who want to know about surabaya history and new bridge in surabaya is suramadu bridge where is connecting surabaya city with madura island,but if we love about the culinary it's many think about food in surabaya like a lontong balap.

lontong balap is one of originaly food in surabaya why we call it lontong balap??because the seller is like a people whose play a racing each other because the road is oblique so the seller walks like a run and racing in indonesian is "balap" that made from sprout,tofu,lento and petis is flush and mix to one.there's one famous place where's one of delicious lontong balap the place is in kranggan road and the name is "lontong balap pak gendut garuda" 

why lontong balap pak gendut garuda is very famous because the taste of lontong balap is very-very spicy and the petis and lento have a special and uniqe taste and one of the specially additional is shellfish sate,the price of one serving is only seven thousand rupiahs.if we eat lontong balap the couple of this food is young coconut ice
