(By Angga Dony Saputra 7310030027)There are many accindent every years on road in indonesia,many victims accident until death in the road than the victims in war, most of the accident in road are personal vehicle accident like motor cycle or car collison etc. then in public transportation like bus collision,the accident come from human error like the driver sleeping or get tired in long journey on the road or the driver against the traffic or the driver ride so fast. then the accident come from the failed of supported tool like a bad road or the road has many big hole especially when the rain or the road doesnt has the light so when night the road seem so dark.
There are many otobus company but only one otobus company has a bad records in public transportations, it is sumber kencono otobus company, this otobus company has about 300 bus,most of the bus in good condition and has a new engine event has a new bus to chance the old bus, but why this otobus company has a bad records in road? because the sumber kencono otobus company has many road accident in every years,the worst accident happened last year in 2011 in mojekerto,it happened in early morning when sumber kencono from surabaya to yogyakarta,then came fast minibus from pacitan to surabaya not turn-on the lamp and hit sumberkencono bus,about 20 dead victims in that accident.
The goverment must slove this problems because this problems can impact to the people to chance from personal vehicle to public transportation,the goverment must make a new regulation, that can slove the problems,like give heavy punishment to otobus company that against the regulations like closed the operation of the otobus company, or limmited the speed of the bus ,so when the bus arrived to one terminal from other terminal we can see the time spended by the bus, if the bus arrived in a short time the bus must give a punistment but if the bus arrived in a long time or normaly time ,the bus does’t get punishment
